What It Produces

The senior tier of the methodology.

Level 3 produces senior practitioners qualified to lead the most complex generational work, train the next generation of Level 1 candidates, and represent the methodology in research, speaking, and public-facing contexts.

  • Master Practitioner Track — senior practitioners leading complex multi-generational cases, contributing to methodology development, representing the work in research and publication.
  • Trainer Track — certified instructors authorized to deliver Level 1 curriculum globally, on a revenue-share model for cohorts they later run. The moment the Institute becomes structurally scalable.
Requirements

Completion of Level 2, a minimum of 200 documented hours of case work, a capstone case presentation, and a research project or published article. Cohort of 8–12, by invitation.

Level 3 is entered by invitation.

Master and Trainer tracks open to Level 2 graduates on the senior pathway. Begin at Level 2.
