Level 3 produces senior practitioners qualified to lead the most complex generational work, train the next generation of Level 1 candidates, and represent the methodology in research, speaking, and public-facing contexts.
Completion of Level 2, a minimum of 200 documented hours of case work, a capstone case presentation, and a research project or published article. Cohort of 8–12, by invitation.
Master and Trainer tracks open to Level 2 graduates on the senior pathway. Begin at Level 2.
